Space Quest 1 VGA Slots ... ARGH!

Since I have some time to spare (got my Masters Degree in CS a couple of days ago and am jobhunting now) I decided to replay Space Quest 1 VGA. I have been playing those slots in the Ulence Flats bar over 2 hours now (constantly saving/restoring) and I still do not have enough money!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGGGGGGHHHH!!!!!! I just had to share the frustration

you stick the magnet to the bottom of the machine and when you win enough it goes kaboom.

You mean I could've actually cheated??!?!? I feel pretty silly now... It wasn't there in SQ1 EGA though...

The slots in sq1vga are noticibly harder than the slots in sq1ega, lslega, and lslvga.
